A large scale housing regeneration project in Westminster

I was appointed by Wates Group to draft their market and placemaking strategy as part of their bid to deliver a large scale housing regeneration project of four housing estates that bordered a historic street market in partnership with Westminster Council.

The proposal outlined the improvements to the market infrastructure, operations and public realm. I also developed a placemaking and retail and workspace strategy for the project as a number of shops and public spaces were included in the master plan of the redevelopment.
