The Amp Was a newly refurbished innovation hub where creativity, training, education and commerce interlink in the heart of Whitechapel.
We were instructed by LaSalle Investment Management and Trilogy Real Estate LLP to develop and deliver a strategy for the ground floor retail and communal spaces of The Amp, a 135,000 sqft, newly refurbished innovation and education hub in Whitechapel. We provided advice on the amenity space as a focal point for interaction and collaboration with a number of flexible leasing options and operators. Alongside this we offered support creating the ESG strategy creating opportunities to work with charities and community projects.
