a Research Project for a globally recognised department store

Value: £4bn

Selfridges is a globally recognized department store with their HQ on Oxford Street, London.

I was appointed for my specialist knowledge and unique insight of the London food and drink scene.

I researched, developed and authored the ‘London Food Map’ to inform the decision making process for the potential development of a new food hall at Selfridges flagship store in Central London.

The 'Food Map of London' is a trend report highlighting the people, businesses and organisations at the cutting edge of London's Food Industry. I presented the report to the Selfridges senior leadership team and creative strategy team and lead them through a natural wine tasting. The report was used to inform their commercial strategy for their food hall and F&B outlets.
